Bridal couples first hug in church

When I think of wedding photography in Perth, they’re always filled with lots of sunshine – which is wonderful! But it’s nice to see something a little different. Sunshine and a lot of fun! Anne and Tim’s basically gave us freedom to shoot wherever we wanted to.

The days started where we took photos of Tim getting ready. I love “the Scorpion King “ poster. I took the extra 5 minutes to work it into our shoot schedule.  After a brief 15-minute shoot we had to leave for the brides house.

We then proceeded to the Anne’s house.  007 Dad greeted us as we arrived.. Anne’s father has the whole 007 collection. A few 007 posters where proudly displayed near the well stocked bar.

The church was located in the center of Perth. The Wesley Uniting church location created a unique feel and atmosphere.  It also has one other small problem. Parking. We where one of the last cars to arrive and most parking bay‘s where only for 30 minutes. The minister of the church was very helpful in providing us with a parking permit. Thank you!

I shot most of the images in church natural light.  The wedding photos just came out amazing!  Being in the center of town I always wanted to shoot in a certain street. It took us less than 5 minutes to reach. Our wedding videographer also managed to keep up with our fast pace shooting style for the day.

Shooting in a busy street Fashion style to more traditional wedding photography style all in a few minutes of each other.

We managed to visit the following locations:
